Dates & Location - The tournament will be played at Warner Park and Frost Stadium in Downtown Chattanooga. Play will begin late afternoon on Friday and conclude in the early evening on Sunday.
Eligibility Rules - Any unsigned player, regardless of age, will be eligible to compete in the Scenic City 16's Fall Tournament.
Rules of Play - Teams must bat a minimum of 9 players and up to 11 players. In-Game ruling will be Official ASA rules.
Game Guarantee and Time Limit - Each team will play 5 games. Games will have an 80 minute time limit or 7 innings. We will complete the inning in which time runs out, but WILL NOT START A NEW INNING WITH LESS THAN 2 MINUTES REMAINING ON THE CLOCK.
